+Praise & thanks be to God!
" Rejoice in the Lord always. I shall say it again : Rejoice! " ( Phil 4 : 4 )
I pray that the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy has been awesome. I can't believe it's already Day #52 since its start on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception in the New Liturgical Year C/II (p.5, 2016 Liturgical Calendar, USCCB)
(Thank God that we had yet another opportunityopportunityto celebrate New Year 2016 along with the rest of the world about 28 days ago.
And as Korean Americans, we can join the rest of the world who celebrate yet another New Year of Monkey (병신년) in lunar calendar in less than 10 days...
It's time to celebrate!
Celebrate for God's Mercy.
Praise & worship Our Lord Savior
In Eucharist,
Giving thanks with all our might...
Alleluia!
Alleluia Amen...
+Praise & thanks be to God!
For He is Good - All the time!)
In the midst of inevitable challenges in life,
Whether it be health (spiritual • emotional • physical • relational), finance, natural disaster, etc.,
We are to trust in His Providence
And to be faithful stewards of
All that God has bestowed on us.
In light of stewardship,
I recently shared my recommendation to boycott Obamacare by choosing alternatives that most encourage our fundamental Christian duty to respect human life, i.e. CMFCuro (www.CMFCuro.com), which works with Samaritan Ministries International.
Seeing so many people seemingly mercilessly victimized/fallen prey as a guinea pig for the medical/pharmaceutical industry giants, I began praying that our God of Mercy give each of us the strength, wisdom, knowledge and all the necessary resources to become better stewards of our body and soul.
I believe the Holy Spirit has been very actively moving among us for thousands of years. There is wisdom in our tradition, history...even in the midst of the information overflowing Internet, among us! Emmanuel, indeed. I believe we are called to learn to communicate better among us, beginning with our daily devotion, especially through daily Eucharistic Celebration, the daily mass!
We are so very fortunate that:
"We believe in One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church."
Amen.
We have the Word of God,
The Holy Tradition,
The Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC),
The Church Fathers,
•
•
•
We also have countless angels, saints in Heaven,
The Church Triumphant,
The Church Suffering, and
The Church Militant.
So what are we worried about?
Why is my recent coccyx injury still not completely healed?
Why do I feel bloated?
Lack of energy?
Up all night again?
Infertility issue?
Overweight?
Lack of exercise?
I've been listening to the only Christian radio I am aware of in the area: WWIB FM 103.7, shortly after relocating 3 years ago from the land of Sacred Heart Radio AM 1050.
One of my favorite shows by "Halvo" had regular guests, i.e. Dr. Drew Kaminski of BackOnTrackFamily.com. I felt that Dr. Kaminski had numerous practical common sense health advices to share on the air; so when a free workshop based on MaximizedLiving.com was offered, I took the opportunity to check it out...(More on the updates later...)
