Had a slow start, missed a couple of prayer volunteers from Langley, BC, Pro-Life Group, and arrived at the Vigil site after noon. A lot of activities at the Everett Planned Parenthood. One of the women said that she was going into Planned Parenthood to get some medical exam, because she has been coughing for two weeks. We didn't think that PP would treat her symptoms. Sure enough, after more than an hour, she exits PP, reporting to us that she wasted her time.
We were quite sure that most hospitals have some type of financial assistance program, for those with low-income and without any insurance. Brad & I led her to Providence Hospital up the 32nd Ave. to the Emergency. After more than hour or so, she was diagnosed with bronchitis and was given prescription. She thanked us profusely.
We returned to our Vigil site for we knew that there was only one prayer volunteer. Then at 5:30 pm, another volunteer came.
Thank God that we didn't have any break from about 8 am to 7 pm.
Virtues are formed by prayer. Prayer preserves temperance. Prayer suppresses anger. Prayer prevents emotions of pride and envy. Prayer draws into the soul the Holy Ghost and raises man to Heaven. - St. Ephrem +++Oremus. May we stay on course, through daily self-denial, taking up our ✝️, to follow Him - to know, love and serve God - with the guidance of the Declaration of Truth, by Cardinal Burke & other leaders, 31 May'19... May the Holy Spirit help us to understand and guide us. Amen.
