- Let's step back and look at: what we believe & how can we apply it to our lives in a deeper way? - in a sense to re-encounter Christ in a new way.
- How do I live our beliefs - each and every one - and share with others in a joyful way and in an enthusiastic manner?
- How are you going to live this Year of Faith?
USCCB has dedicated a page for the Year of Faith, titled:
Plenary Indulgence For The Year Of Faith.
As for me, today is also 5 year anniversary of being hired as a "Specialty Parish Counselor" - meaning that I was hired to help specifically our St. Andrew Kim Catholic Parishioners - at Seattle Archdiocesan Associated Catholic Cemeteries. However, I've been spending more and more time at St. Mary Magdalen Parish and with Everett 40 Days for Life community.
Nevertheless, being at least bi-lingual and bi-cultural (I know Chinese and Japanese, am currently studying Spanish as well - though very slowly... I have helped people of different cultural backgrounds, i.e. Caucasian, Hispanic, Korean, Filipino, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, African, Irish, Italian, Polish, etc.), I am available to help anyone interested in hearing about what our Church teaches about Cemetery ministry and what each of our individual responsibility is in making pre-arrangements well before there is a need: the best thing anyone can do for his/her loved ones...as a part of a "three-legged" arrangements for death, namely, life insurance, burial arrangement and will.
