I pray that this Urgent Prayer Request - for those who are homebound (many of who may be bed-ridden; and some may not even realize when - like the rest of us...for millions of reasons, esp. for those who may be struck by natural disaster like Hurricane Dorian...) - find y'all well in State of Grace.
Please, also, add Father Benedetto's intentions:
...I am besides my mother's bed with her in it of course. Please remember her - Ms. Paolo, a.k.a. Mimmi - too in your prayers. She has now been in bed 4 months since her last brain hemmorages, and of course she is very tired of this situation even though she is well looked after.
I will send a picture of her so that you can relate more easily to the situation...
Kyrie eleison.
Christe eleison.

What prompted me to write this Urgent Prayer Request was after my 3 AM (though at ~3:40 AM) Divine Mercy Chaplet for my dear friends Mr. & Mrs. Kirby Bullard after my repentance for not conveying Ms. Judy's request to let her cousin Patti & Aunt Rita know that her dear husband Mr. Kirby has been bed-ridden after he got back from hospital for broken hip for a couple of weeks...in her words she texted me, as received at 19:42 on 1 Sept.:
... The day we saw you last on 1st Saturday at St. Mary's in Altoona, Kirby was admitted into the hospital with a broken hip. He was released last week. But is now bed ridden and very confused. It seems he is just worn out. We hope keep him home and comfortable. Liver is failing from the cancer and a. Bacterial infection in his blood.
My reply at 19:44> Oh my! Thank you for keeping me posted. Anything we can do for you? Are you in Wey.? May we come & visit tomorrow sometime?
Mrs. B. @20:41> If you could let my cousin Patti and Aunt Rita know that Kirby is not doing well. Thank you.
Me @20:42> OK.
I didn't know how to convey message to Patti & Aunt Rita... so I just kept putting off...until yesterday morning, upon waking up, I told my husband Brad. He immediately got up & began praying rosary & wrote the following note, which I hope to deliver to Mr. Kirby today:
Dear Kirby:
We hear that you are not feeling well. It breaks our hearts that you must be in great pain and discomfort; but we know that you are man of strong faith. Stealing a lyric from a favorite song, I am sure you "don't want to leave a legacy" and "don't care if you are remembered: ONLY JESUS!" But we will always remember your faithfulness, your kindness, love, and your grace with you: you have & still do handle your sickness and suffering. You are a true example and inspiration for us all. Our love and prayers are with you & Judy.

I just now opened my computer and got your email. My computer is on the other side of the house and I have not taken the time to even turn on my computer. Father Pap[i] did come today for a very beautiful anointing. Our son is staying with us and helping. The grandchildren are coming tomorrow. Kirby was very sick today. I hope tomorrow he will feel better. Blessings, Judy Bullard

Our deepest appreciation to all those who responded to our urgent request to prayers, esp. Sister Immaculata, Father Benedetto, sister Linda, Della. Please continue to pray for everyone who are struggling physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc.
Also for Father Benedetto's mother in Italy...
And for all those caretakers...doctors, nurses, etc....
From Della: I have prayed for these friends if yours. ππ». I advise simple home cooking including lots of homemade bone broth. It provides cartilage/collagen which helps mend the bones. Info and recipe here: https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/food-features/broth-is-beautiful/
Also, he should faithfully do all his physical therapy. Third, get plenty of sleep. Fourth, remember that the body is made for movement and move accordingly, as permitted by medical advice, of course.
Very nice note by Brad.
