My husband & I agreed that we will step up again - for the fourth time - to lead Everett 40 Days for Life Spring 2012 Campaign. This will be, please God, the last time for us to lead, especially because we feel very strongly that God has been calling many others to lead.
I also have a part-time job that I have not been very faithful.
Yesterday, I was very disappointed to hear that my aging parents-in-law were not going to Sunday mass. I did not quite understand why. They were up and about, though not in the best mood or energy-level, perhaps. Am I too weird to find it incomprehensible, when a person does not think going to mass is the most important thing to do on the Lord's Day? Am I being judgmental?
But I am thinking that many may find it incomprehensible that I have frequently failed to fulfill my duties as a Parish Counselor at Associated Catholic Cemeteries.
In any case, I realize my obligation to fulfill my duties - whatever commitment I have made. I would like to balance my life. This means my husband and I will need a lot of help to fulfill our duties as E40DFL Spring 2012 Campaign Director.
Well, we are finding God to be loving, merciful, patient, kind, wise, ...
We are meeting most wonderful people who are stepping up to help! Thank you!!!
We look forward to meeting all of our good pro-life friends, old & new at our Kick-Off Event, on Saturday, February 18, 2012.
Virtues are formed by prayer. Prayer preserves temperance. Prayer suppresses anger. Prayer prevents emotions of pride and envy. Prayer draws into the soul the Holy Ghost and raises man to Heaven. - St. Ephrem +++Oremus. May we stay on course, through daily self-denial, taking up our ✝️, to follow Him - to know, love and serve God - with the guidance of the Declaration of Truth, by Cardinal Burke & other leaders, 31 May'19... May the Holy Spirit help us to understand and guide us. Amen.
