Here's my response to the questions:
The Snohomish County Commission on Human Rights is initiating a County-wide dialogue about Human Rights in our community. We are planning and scheduling a range of public workshops for this fall in each of the districts of our county. Those dates will be posted on this page in the coming weeks.
To prepare for these workshops, we'd like to gather information from residents about their perceptions of human rights in our community. Please take a few moments to provide us your candid thoughts and ideas. We will read every response and consider it in the preparation of our agenda and future commission work.
To answer the following questions, be aware of the following definitions:
Diversity refers to differences in ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, country of origin, veteran status, etc.
Human rights refer to the basic rights all humans have by virtue of being human relative to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us your thoughts.

1. The diversity of Snohomish County has increased significantly in recent years. Based on this changing demographic, what do you think are the most significant human rights issues facing our County?
(I'm not sure what diversity has to do with human rights issues..nor with "changing demographic"...)
The most significant human rights issues facing our Country is the disconnect from God, which is quite an arrogance: The understanding of the human dignity [that because we are created in the image of God, everyone of us, no matter what ethnicity, gender, "sexual orientation" (whether sinful or not), religion, country of origin, vetran status, etc. is worthy of respect and precious from the moment of conception to natural death] is greatly misunderstood, misguided, and misinformed.
